Intermittent Fasting and Keto – How I will use my Apple Watch to track.

I have been so frustrated with my weight loss journey over the past year. It has been a roller coaster and it has been really hard. This coming from a person who used to compete in bodybuilding and was able to get down to 3 or 4 percent body fat. Now that I am older it has been a real struggle as it has been for many other people. It’s not easy. I still weight train 3 – 6 days a week for an hour each session, ride bikes for miles every week and I am still fat and not happy with the way I look. I could lose 60lbs. It really shows that 80% of the work is done in the kitchen.

This week I started following an intermittent fasting routine. I have used Keto for many years and used to use Keto when I competed in bodybuilding. Recently I was watching a vlog from Professional Photographer Peter Hurley who just recently competed in a world championship sailing competition in Japan. Peter lost 40lbs and shared how he did it on his blog. I decided to record a video and do a weekly check in video and post it on YouTube to hold myself accountable.

If you have watch my YouTube video’s or read my blog you will know I’m a huge fan of using tech to help accomplish goals. My Apple Watch and Apple iPhone are a huge part of my daily routine. Peter Hurley is using an app called zero.

I just wanted to take some time to post an update on this site.  Blogs, ideas, training, etc are all coming together.  YouTube Videos, Webinars, etc are all in the planning and development stages.  I look forward to posting blogs very soon.  What can you expect from this site?

What to Expect

This site will give you the tools to Win at Life, Win at Business, and Win at Leadership.  I will be happy to share my 30+ years experience in these areas and give you the tools that helped me succeed.

I planned to post once a week.  After reviewing the areas between life and business it only made sense to post twice a week.  Here is what I am planning so far.

Every Blog will focus on winning at life, winning at business, and winning at leadership.  Focusing on accomplishing more though goals and standards.

Mondays – Leadership and Business Focus.  This will start out your work week and give you the tools to Win at Leadership, Business, Growth, Etc.  Topics: Leadership, entrepreneur, team building, tips on running more successful meetings, etc.

Thursdays – As we get closer to the weekend we can adjust our focus from the busy work week to focus on ourselves.  Thursday blogs will focus on personal development.  These will have a leadership theme and will help you with Leadership and Business but with a focus on Winning at Life.  The main focus is to give you the tools to make you better.  Topics: Health & Fitness, Organization, Financial, Family, Social, and a variety of other topics.
